Where we're going

Eagles Rest  seeks to bring restoration, refreshment and hope to the underprivileged Asian National pastors and their families. The Tinno family (pastor Prakop, his wife Naw and their two children) have given us free use of their home and four of the church rooms to begin the ministry. To expand the work we need:

  1. Land to build on
  2. Long term team members- on site and ‘at home’
  3. Your prayers!

New land

The land we hope to purchase for EAGLES REST retreat centre in Phang Nga Thailand. Right- The land has a beautiful lake and views of the mountains. Please pray about this very real need for the ministry to grow.

Eagles Rest will need to build:

  • A chapel to be open all hours for people to come and pray
  • A double storey administration building
  • Accommodation for guests and workers
  • A large kitchen/dining room
  • A clinic
  • A workshop and training area
  • Counseling rooms
  • Children’s activity centre
  • Income generating areas (e.g. maybe a fish farm on the lake?..)
  • And much more...

Pictures of the place we live. Just outside Phang Nga and close by mountains and rivers.  You can see how beautiful it is, and so serene for Christian workers who need a time of respite.

In the mornings the fog often covers the mountains. The area rains about eight months a year.
